Shipping Policy

All original artworks and prints are carefully packaged and shipped from the United Kingdom with tracked delivery. Every item is fully insured in transit to protect against loss or damage. In the unlikely event of an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will handle any claims with the courier on your behalf.

Orders within the United Kingdom are shipped via Royal Mail or Parcelforce, depending on the size and weight of the item.

Standard delivery: 5–7 business days

Parcel Size Guidelines

Royal Mail (Medium Parcel): Max 61 × 46 × 46 cm, 20 kg

Parcelforce: Max length 1.5 m, combined length + girth 3 m, 30 kg

Parcelforce Express48 Large: Up to 2.5 m length, 5 m combined, 30 kg

All UK shipments are insured based on the full value of the artwork or print.

Originals: Shipped in sturdy postal tubes or reinforced boxes depending on size and medium

Prints: Shipped in strong tubes or reinforced flat envelopes

Other items: Securely boxed

Postage costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, artwork type, and parcel dimensions.

We ship worldwide. The shipping method is selected based on the size, weight, and destination of the item.

Small to Medium Artworks and Prints: Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed

Larger Items: Parcelforce Worldwide or a trusted international courier service

Max 90 cm combined dimensions (no single side over 60 cm)

All international shipments are fully insured based on the declared value of the item.

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase or shipping price. The artist is not liable for any costs incurred at customs.
