Damaged or Lost Artwork
Damaged Prints
If your print arrives damaged, please take clear photographs of the damage and contact Ané Dallas-Orr Studio immediately at anedallasorr@gmail.com. Upon receipt of photographic evidence, we will either replace the item or issue a full refund. Damaged prints may be refunded or replaced within four weeks of receipt.
Damaged Original Artwork
If your original artwork arrives damaged, please take clear photographs of the damage and contact Ané Dallas-Orr Studio soon as possible at anedallasorr@gmail.com. Once photographic evidence has been received, we will issue a full refund. Refunds for damaged original artwork can be processed within four weeks of receipt.
Please note: all international shipping quotes include insurance based on the full value of the artwork
Lost Items
If your order is lost in transit, please notify us so that we can initiate a claim with the courier. Please be aware that investigations may take up to eight weeks before a refund can be issued.
