Botanical Gestures is a series of four abstract paintings capturing the untamed essence of nature through gestural mark-making and layered textures. Each piece embodies the movement, energy, and organic forms found in plant life, translating the chaos of nature into a dynamic visual language.

In Botanical III, sweeping strokes and intricate marks interplay with textured surfaces, evoking the fluidity of leaves, stems, and petals caught in motion. Texture paste is applied with palette knives, forming a tactile foundation that mirrors the rawness of nature. Layers of acrylic paint are built up, then veiled in gold, lending a luminous quality to the piece. Black ink, applied with unconventional tools, introduces expressive lines and rhythmic repetition, enhancing the sense of movement and depth.
